These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase or receipt of our products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding contract between you and AGENTS HARMONY INC., the operator of this site.
1. Eligibility and Accounts. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you create or are issued any account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times, and to update such information promptly upon any change. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
2. Health and Product Use. Our products are whole-food dietary supplements and wellness beverages, not pharmaceutical drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on the website constitutes medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new dietary or wellness routine or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a health condition. Product formulations, packaging, images, and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Scientific Content & Claims Disclaimer. All product information and health-related content on this site has been carefully written and is based on peer-reviewed research. However, individual results may vary. The information provided is intended for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice. No outcomes are guaranteed, as each person’s body responds uniquely based on genetics, health status, lifestyle, and other factors.
4. Pricing, Orders, and Payment. All prices are listed in United States Dollars and may change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept, reject, or place conditions on acceptance at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory shortages, pricing or description errors, or conflicts with company policies.
If we discover an error in price, description, availability, or other material information, we reserve the right to correct the error and either contact you for confirmation before proceeding or cancel and refund any order we cannot honor. Payment card details are not collected or stored directly by us. All payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping, to your selected payment method.
5. Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation; User Account Code. The lifetime discount of thirty to fifty percent (30–50%) is available only after a one-time eligibility verification and activation, and it applies exclusively to all eligible future purchases once activation is completed. By purchasing any Bulk Wellness Package, the buyer expressly agrees and undertakes to complete the official Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation Form delivered via private link and to provide one (1) valid government-issued identification for verification. These requirements are mandatory, and no User Account Code will be issued until both are fulfilled.
Upon approval, a unique, non-transferable User Account Code will be issued that enables lifetime discount pricing on eligible future purchases. Orders will not be processed until activation is verified. Refusal or failure to activate the account does not entitle the buyer to cancel or withdraw from the purchase, and the consequences are further outlined in Section 10 of these Terms. Ongoing eligibility requirements, including any sales or reorder minimums, are determined and enforced solely by I AM Worldwide Corporation, and we do not have authority to modify or waive them.
6. Ownership and Authority of Discounts and Products. All I AM Amazing products, as well as the Lifetime Discount Program and the issuance, suspension, or revocation of User Account Codes, are owned and managed exclusively by I AM Worldwide Corporation. By purchasing through this website, you acknowledge and agree that our role is limited to distribution. We do not have the authority to alter, revoke, or suspend any User Account Code or lifetime discount; such actions may only be taken by I AM Worldwide Corporation in cases of misuse, fraud, unauthorized reselling, or violations of its policies and terms. All intellectual property rights in the I AM Amazing brand, trademarks, logos, and product materials remain the exclusive property of I AM Worldwide Corporation.
7. Bulk Wellness Packages. Jade, Platinum, Gold, and all other bulk wellness packages are available only to customers who have successfully completed Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation as described in Section 5. Without activation, bulk package orders will not be processed. These packages are strictly intended for personal use, household use, clinics, health stores, or approved wellness practitioners, distributors, and resellers. Limited pre-mixed substitutions may be offered based on stock availability; custom combinations are not guaranteed.
Access to and continued eligibility for Bulk Wellness Packages remains subject to the framework, policies, and requirements of I AM Worldwide Corporation, including any applicable sales, volume, or organizational rules that it may impose.
8. Distributor Activities and Earnings. Bulk Wellness Package buyers (Jade, Platinum, Gold, and similar packages) acknowledge that these are distributor-level packages. While activation of the Lifetime Discount/Distributorship is required to access them, buyers are under no obligation to engage in distributor activities such as reselling or recruitment in order to maintain their lifetime discount. The discount remains available for personal, household, or professional use regardless of whether the buyer chooses to act as a distributor.
Buyers who later decide to pursue distributorship as a business, as well as individuals who enter directly as distributors, acknowledge that retail profit is only one of several potential ways to earn. Any additional earnings opportunities—such as volume incentives, bonuses, and network-building commissions—are established and administered solely by I AM Worldwide Corporation, and remain subject to its framework, policies, and eligibility requirements, including any applicable sales, volume, or organizational rules. Ongoing eligibility requirements, if any, are determined exclusively by I AM Worldwide Corporation and are outside our control.
All distributors further acknowledge that this is not a “get rich quick” scheme. Income is not guaranteed and will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, strategy, market demand, and other factors beyond anyone’s control. Distributorship, like any business, requires time, effort, and persistence to grow.
9. Shipping; Risk of Loss; Delivery Issues. We ship to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and support resolution efforts where feasible. Proof of damage and supporting documentation must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery. This includes clear photos and an unedited, continuous video of the unboxing process showing the sealed parcel being opened for the first time. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be processed. Any remedies, including possible replacement of products, are subject to the logistics provider’s claim process; refunds will not be issued by us directly.
10. Returns; No-Refund and Non-Cancellation Policy. All purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy, and that you had an opportunity to ask questions before proceeding.
Retail Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed items may only be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the item received was incorrect or expired at the time of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in all cases. Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Bulk Wellness Packages (Jade, Platinum, Gold, and similar packages) are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These packages are available only to customers who have completed Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation as described in Section 5 of these Terms. Activation requires both the Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Form and one valid government-issued identification, which must be submitted and approved before any bulk order will be processed.
If payment is made before activation and the buyer refuses or fails to complete the activation process, the purchase will automatically be treated at regular retail value based on the standard per-box retail pricing of Amazing Pure Organic Barley or the applicable product. In such cases, the order will be adjusted to reflect the equivalent number of boxes at regular retail price, without any free products, discounts, or benefits associated with the bulk package offerings. Refusal or failure to activate does not entitle the buyer to a refund or cancellation.
11. Final Confirmation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage all customers to review the details and reach out with any questions prior to placing an order.
12. Intellectual Property. All original content and creative assets on this website—including product descriptions, written copy, page structure, layout, research summaries, and overall wellness positioning and strategy—are the property of AGENTS HARMONY INC. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Images and certain visual elements may be sourced from I AM Worldwide Corporation or other publicly available media and are used solely for illustrative and distributorship purposes. We do not claim independent ownership over such third-party materials, and all rights in the trademarks, logos, and marketing assets of I AM Worldwide Corporation remain with I AM Worldwide.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of our original content, website structure, or strategic positioning without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
13. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All use of this website, its content, and our products is at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any adverse effects, reactions, or outcomes that may result from the misuse of our products or failure to consult a qualified healthcare provider.
We are further not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from misuse of products, delays outside our control, third-party acts, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
14. Force Majeure Clause. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, transport or supply-chain disruptions, power or internet outages, or other force majeure events.
15. Privacy and Data Use. We collect and use personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes information provided during the purchase process, account registration, or through other interactions with our Services. For bulk buyers and distributors, we may also collect a government-issued ID and the completed Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation Form solely to verify eligibility, activate your User Account Code, and maintain internal records of the activation.
All personal data is processed in accordance with U.S. data protection and consumer laws, to the extent applicable, and stored with appropriate safeguards; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security and you acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
16. Communications; Consent. By providing your contact information, including your email address during the purchase process, account activation, or other interactions, you consent to receive service-related communications from us. These may include order confirmations, activation instructions, shipping updates, account notices, and other operational messages necessary to complete your transactions and manage your account.
In addition, we may use your contact details to send you marketing communications, including email updates, promotional offers, product news, and wellness content. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in the message. Choosing to opt out of marketing emails will not affect your ability to receive essential service-related communications about your orders, account, or distributorship.
17. Promotions, Coupons, and Errors. Promotions and coupons are subject to their own terms, have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time. We may cancel orders arising from misuse of a promotion, system errors, or other irregularities.
18. User Content; Testimonials; Brand Use. If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, and display that content in connection with the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting content, you waive any right to compensation for its use. You represent that you own or have permission to share such content and that it is truthful and not misleading. We reserve the right to edit or shorten submitted testimonials for clarity, while maintaining their original meaning.
Partners and resellers are independently responsible for ensuring that any statements they make about I AM Amazing products comply with applicable advertising and endorsement rules. Health-related information may only be presented in the context of general wellness support or peer-reviewed research, and must not represent the products as pharmaceutical drugs or as substitutes for medical treatment. Drug-like claims are strictly prohibited. We are not liable for any statements made by third-party partners or resellers.
19. Prohibited Uses and Site Integrity. You agree not to misuse the Services or the website in any way. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: interfering with the operation of the site; attempting to circumvent or disable security features; scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without authorization; introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code; using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Services; or attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.
20. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site or further purchases after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor, provided that this does not alter the ownership and authority of distributorship rights or User Account Codes, which remain exclusively under the control of I AM Worldwide Corporation. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein—including the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy—constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
22. Jurisdiction & Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
