Return & Refund Policy

Retail Orders
All retail purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed items may only be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the item received was incorrect or expired at the time of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in all cases.

Please note that we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests based on personal taste preferences, individual sensitivities, or perceived effectiveness of the supplement. Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Bulk Wellness Packages (Jade, Platinum, Gold, and other bulk packages)
All purchases of Bulk Wellness Packages are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. These packages are available only to customers who have completed Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Activation as described in our Terms & Conditions. Activation requires both the Lifetime Discount/Distributorship Form and one valid government-issued identification, which must be submitted and approved before any bulk order will be processed.

If payment is made before activation and the buyer refuses or fails to complete the activation process, the purchase will automatically be treated at regular retail value based on the standard per-box retail pricing of Amazing Pure Organic Barley or the applicable product. In such cases, the order will be adjusted to reflect the equivalent number of boxes at regular retail price, without any free products, discounts, or benefits associated with the bulk package offerings. Refusal or failure to activate the lifetime discount does not entitle the buyer to a refund or cancellation.

Once a User Account Code is activated and registered in the system, it becomes non-transferable and non-reversible in accordance with the policies of I AM Worldwide Corporation. No adjustments, credits, or transfers will be issued once an account code is activated.

Shipping Damage and Carrier Responsibility
We take great care in preparing and dispatching your order. However, once the shipment is handed over to our logistics partner, we are no longer in control of transit conditions. If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and support resolution efforts where feasible.

Proof of damage and supporting documentation must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery. This includes clear photos and an unedited, continuous video of the unboxing process, which must show the sealed parcel being opened for the first time, including the outer packaging, inner contents, and any visible damage or expiration concerns. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

Any remedies, including possible replacement of affected products, are subject to the logistics provider’s claim process and approval. Refunds will not be issued by us directly.

Final Note
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. All orders are expressly non-cancellable and non-refundable. All policies are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
